Meroyatra is a group of the technical teams as well as the experienced bus operator team working together. We have 20 years of experience working in this field.

We just don't sell the bus tickets, we also care about our passengers and make sure they reach their destination safely and comfortably. To support our passengers, We have our own Customer care center and staff to take care of our passengers. We provide books, newspapers, free Wi-Fi, and serves hot/cold water to our passengers in our support center.

MeroYatra does provide a refund on the cancellation of your tickets, but cancellation charges apply accordingly.

A cancellation charge of 10% of the fare is levied if the cancellation of the ticket is done before 24 hours from the departure time.

A cancellation charge of 25% of the fare is levied if the cancellation of the ticket is done before 3 hours from departure time.

Cancellation is not allowed before 3 hours of departure time.

You can receive your refund amount through voucher code, online banking/wallet or from our booth.
